AT HOME, WITH EXPERIENCE.
In the heart of Covent Garden resides 31 unique luxury apartments. The wonderfully simple idea is you’re at home in the wonderful Covent Garden. With experience. Petersham nurseries, La Goccia, Artisnal bakeries and boutique shops all on your doorstep. Not to mention The Piazza and all it’s offering and lest we forget, The Royal Opera house all within walking distance.
This was a really special one to create as it’s such a beautiful location, matched with stunning visuals from the Arri Alexa, it made for some stunning shots. This film was intended for potential punters hence it’s nature and wasn’t really made as an ad for the public per se.
To match the surprising angles of both the interior and exterior of the building Pollitt&Partners created a stacked logo using a monospaced font, this also underpinned the typography and grid system for the rest of the brand elements, with each apartment being assigned its own individual colour. Promotional materials were divided into ‘at home’ covering Floral Court, and ‘with experience’ reflecting the exclusive lifestyle of the estate that only Capco can offer.
We animated the stacked design like building blocks. Keeping it very simple but linking back to the design intention.
The edit was intentionally slow paced to allow the beautiful visuals to speak mostly for themselves but also to showcase the slow living you could have whilst living at Floral Court but also whilst surrounded with experience. Thus - At Home, With experience.
Pollitt & Partners provided a full service job on this: Film, Website, Full Brand for the apartments along with all collateral. Including photography.
We did also create multiple cutdowns and variations for WeChat for the Asian market however we are unable to share these.

We kept things simple for this, yet keeping it individual. We used a stacked animated device. Along with some simple stop motion as we felt that reflected the simplicity of the design language and motion theory. Along with the stacking like nature of stop-motion. To link seamlessly back to the design intention.
